I had noticed a leak in my upstairs bathroom over night & called Peter at 8am as soon as he was open for business. He answered the call straight away & was at my property within 2 hours, he found the problem within 20 minutes & fixed it within another 10. From calling Peter to problem solved took less than 2 & a half hours. Fantastic Level of service, clearly super experienced at what he does & at a very reasonable price too. Pete discussed several options and quotes for us to choose from when re-designing our bathroom and cloakroom. Pete was very friendly, an a pleasure to speak with. On commencing the job, he explained what he would be doing, and ensured that I understood what he said. When the job was finished, he explained why he had carried out certain procedures.
